What condition does the vehicle need to be in?
We accept vehicles in almost any condition, whether they are running or not. Our team will evaluate each donation to determine the best way it can support our youth programs.
Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?
Yes, Year Round Travelers is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit. You will receive an initial receipt at the time of pickup, followed by a formal tax acknowledgment letter once the vehicle is processed.
What types of vehicles are accepted?
We accept cars, trucks, vans, SUVs, motorcycles, boats, and even RVs. If you have a unique vehicle, feel free to reach out and inquire!
How long does the entire process take?
The process is quick and easy. After your initial contact, we usually coordinate vehicle pickup within 24-72 hours. Paperwork is handled immediately following the pickup.
